During our initial meeting, a team member will walk through the home with you to have you show us what makes your home special, including any updates or improvements you have made. We also will sit down to discuss your selling timeline and future moving plans. We then will do thorough research on the market to assist you in determining the price.

Staging & Photography
First Impressions are everything and our team is passionate about making sure your home is “Show Ready”! We do an initial consult with you and walk through your home with you to make suggestions for changes and styling recommendations to make your home more marketable. Additionally, our team always uses a professional photographer to take high-quality, professional photos of your home.
Marketing & Servicing Listings
Our team is dedicated to professionally marketing your home to gain as much exposure as possible. We create a custom marketing plan for each home and evaluate the plan weekly to determine any adjustments needed. We are in weekly communication with our sellers and they receive marketing reports, showing feedback and personal photo calls. We market via social media, open houses, online marketing and through our network. Things like turning on lights before each showing, yard signs with solar lights and flyer boxes are not out of the ordinary for us – they are the standard!
Selling your home can often be an emotional process. Our team has years of experience in negotiating contracts and will guide you through repair requests to ensure you are keeping the course to getting your home sold. We will advise you as best we can for each situation and are on your side to help make each transaction a smooth one.
